After experiencing the traditional way of making Mochi with wooden mallets and giant mortars in rural Japan, we have come to love and appreciate the much-loved chewy Mochi (glutinous rice dessert) even more than before. Mochiron is a product of that newfound admiration, and we hope to share it with people who have the same irrational obsession with fluffy chewy desserts.
In saying that, we are well-aware of the various desserts out there that are also calling out to you. So we came up with list of potential candidates who we think might take a liking to our products:
